Mars M&M’s Bagged Lollies & Chocolates

Mars “Borrowed” the idea of candy covered chocolate from the UK Smarties in the 1930’s. There 1st biggest customer was the USA army whose soldiers could carry chocolate in their pockets without it melting. Hence the slogan “Melts in your mouth, not in your hands”. The rest is history.
